Keynote at HRM Summit 2020
The virtual HRM Summit 2020 Middle East was held from October 11 to 15, 2020. Dr. Axel Grandpierre was invited to be the keynote speaker at this important international conference for human resource experts.
Under the title "Organizing Self-Organization", he presented interim results of the ESKODIA project to over 70 virtual participants. A discussion between the moderator and the keynote speaker introduced the session. During the presentation, questions were collected and the three most frequently asked were answered at the end of the session. The audience's interest showed that the topic of self-organization in digitalized, industrial work environments has great relevance even in - and particularly in - the Middle East.
